Ballard Blossom

Well look at that 3 months ago

I am a native of Seattle. They used to be a pretty customer friendly place. NOW - not so much. I would have to say they have all but completely lost their creativeness as well. Let me add - they are in the neighborhood of a family member - they do not even fix the front of their store anymore.

We thought we were purchasing flowers from a local florist sending it to our sick Niece. But instead we were on Blossom Flower Delivery. She received the flowers a couple days later and they were dead, moldy and smashed. It literally looked like she pulled them out of a dumpster. Customer service was terrible. The AI “Kevin” was ridiculously useless. When we asked to have a new bouquet sent it never happened and they wanted to give us partial money back instead of all our money back. The whole ordeal has been extremely disappointing and I would never never, ever use this place again and I don’t recommend anybody even considering using Blossom Flower Delivery for anything! If given the option I would have given them a negative rating.

Ballard Blossom is awesome! The arrangement is beautiful and the way it was delivered was smooth. The presentation and packaging is great and the balloon is so nice! They were also so accommodating and super communicative and helpful. I ordered from Canada for my long distance partner and once I move to Washington, I'll be sure to use them again!

I purchase all my flowers for any important occasion or celebration at Ballard Blossom and they always do an outstanding job! This time I purchased the " Always Graceful Basket " and they did a very nice job making it look beautiful😊

We used Ballard Blossom for our wedding, and we were blown away by how beautiful the flowers were. Our primary wedding color was blue and as there are not many blue flowers to choose from, I expected our arrangements to be full of mostly white flowers. However, Ballard Blossom did a fantastic job finding the most vibrant blue flowers for my bridal bouquet and our ceremony flowers, and I could not have been happier with them. My bridal bouquet was still just as beautiful nearly 2 weeks after the wedding! We worked with Carmen and she was great, very knowledgeable and responsive. I didn’t go in with a strong vision, but she showed me many examples and worked with me on different combinations of flowers. Her guidance was appreciated, and she ensured that all of the arrangements, including the boutonniere, were perfectly coordinated. To top it off, they delivered the florals to 2 separate locations which was incredibly helpful for keeping our schedule on track on our special day. I will absolutely be using Ballard Blossom again for future floral needs!
